GoldMine Premium Version 9 is available as an upgrade for GoldMine Corporate and GoldMine Business Contact Manager users.

Compared with earlier editions, GoldMine Premium Version 9 includes inbuilt compatibility with Windows 7 (32 & 64-bit systems) and is supplied with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 for robust database performance.

GoldMine Premium provides a revised interface that makes CRM even easier to use, includes a new customer support module and features many other improvements that help everyone increase their productivity.

As a Microsoft SQL database, GoldMine Premium v9 provides tighter data security than GoldMine Standard and offers greater scalability to better support larger teams or businesses with high volumes of data.

What's New in GoldMine Premium NEW GoldMine Dashboards With the addition of dashboard components that are accessible from anywhere in GoldMine everyone can gain instant access to client and process information such as opportunities, campaigns, cases or activities.

GoldMine Dashboard Demonstration

GoldMine Dashboards are action oriented so users can drill down from any dashboard to further filter the data view, and users can even drill down into the actual transaction records themselves which means no more static dashboards! 

• Monitor performance across all GoldMine activity including opportunities, campaigns, cases and activities through new fully customisable dashboards.
• Drill down from any dynamic GoldMine dashboard graph or grid to filter data views and analyse key business areas in statistical groups using bar graphs and charts.
• GoldMine dashboards are embedded within the application so there’s no need to rely on third party products.   

• Create bespoke dashboards to precisely match each business need.

Enhanced Outlook Integration GoldMine Premium Edition 9.0 now includes provides out of the box integration with Microsoft Outlook for a real-time preview of GoldMine information directly in Outlook without having switch back and forth between the two applications.

As well as making GoldMine data accessible from Outlook, users can drill down into GoldMine records to make edits and schedule follow-ups. GoldMine records can be launched within Outlook to make it easier for users to handle everyday tasks and reduce processing time

Other recent releases have introduced better search tools, wider GoldMine compatibility & many improvements that boost user productivity:

• New universal search finds any data that's stored in activities, email body, notes and even linked documents so all entries and files can be quickly found 
• New preview panes save you time when browsing emails, notes, activities and other GoldMine entries  
• Enables faster look ups using context sensitive dropdown lists that change values according to criteria entered in other fields 
• Extended case management tools including the ability to link cases with multiple contacts, automated creation of history entries for reassigned, completed and escalated cases. Automatic attachment of emails to cases and even create new cases based on an automated process. 
• Works with Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 32-bit / 64-bit versions of Windows 7 & Windows Server 2008 and 64-bit version of Windows Server 2003 for wider compatibility 
• Other administration improvements control user permissions for editing and deleting notes, managing relationships between contacts and more

Other improvements in include:

• More robust synchronisation processes including sync connection queuing & removal of 2GB size limitation
• Relationship builder helps to manage relationships between contacts
• Silent / unattended install option that frees up administrator time & removes user intervention during the set-up process
• 4 additional fields are now available in the details tab
• Wider contact search options including searches on primary & additional contacts and use wildcards to match partial names
• Email address and website columns are now displayed in the search results
• Activity management enhancements include new pending RSVP folder in the activity list, print or copy activities to other applications
• Task folder exposes opportunity or project name for faster navigation
• Improved email centre user interface & SSL connections & IMAP protocol are now supported for more security & better interoperability with other email clients
• Redesigned opportunity & project manager interfaces for better usability
