Multi-part forms
With Spindle Professional you won’t need separate print jobs for multi-part forms such as delivery notes. Instead, the 'document automation' feature allows you to set up default print instructions about how many copies, where to print, and which type of backdrop. Each system bundle includes backdrop forms technology and supports printing, faxing, emailing, archiving and CRM integration. Spindle Professional is licensed per workstation. A licence must be purchased for each workstation that the software is to be installed on.
Support is mandatory for Spindle Professional. Silver support covers updates for the period of the contract while Gold Support provides updates and upgrades.
Both support options enable access to support services directly with the software manufacturer during the period of the support contract. Updates are defined as minor changes, upgrades are defined as major software changes.
