Spindle Professional is a document distribution application that automates the production and distribution of items like quotes, statements, remittance advices, invoices and order confirmations.

With Spindle Professional it's easy to merge information from business applications to produce documents that can be sent by email, fax, print and also archived. For a more professional look, it allows you to add your company logo and branding to documents such as letters, statements, invoices, remittances, delivery notes and purchase orders.

You can print directly onto plain paper, so there’s no need for expensive pre-printed stationery. It’s also flexible, allowing you to create and mail your customers with promotional offers and seasonal messages.

Sending out document batches

With just the click of a few buttons, Spindle Professional creates a large batch of templates like statements and purchase orders. These can be emailed and appear in a professionally finished format including terms and conditions and other information &/or images – not just the basic information. By emailing invoices and orders you'll be able to save a huge amount of time and money compared to the posting, it could also help you collect payment faster! If you don't have an email address, Spindle Professional also lets you fax pages.

Multi-part forms

With Spindle Professional you won’t need separate print jobs for multi-part forms such as delivery notes. Instead, the 'document automation' feature allows you to set up default print instructions about how many copies, where to print, and which type of backdrop. At the click of a button Spindle Professional will remember how to deal with a specific delivery note.

Each system bundle includes backdrop forms technology and supports printing, faxing, emailing, archiving and CRM integration. Spindle Professional is licensed per workstation. A licence must be purchased for each workstation that the software is to be installed on.

Support is mandatory for Spindle Professional. Silver support covers updates for the period of the contract while Gold Support provides updates and upgrades.

Both support options enable access to support services directly with the software manufacturer during the period of the support contract. Updates are defined as minor changes, upgrades are defined as major software changes.
