  • NEW Sales Opportunity Module. Create custom opportunity layouts, add new sales fields and new opportunity tabs. Track histories, documents, activities & notes against each opportunity.
  • NEW Web 2.0 Links tab. Click to search social networking sites like LinkedIn & Facebook automatically with ACT! contact information to gather more data about them and use Web 2.0 technology to interact with contacts from ACT! 
  • MORE Web Links available including Google Maps for instant directions based on a contact's postcode.
  • SEND iCalendar activity invitations & vCards from ACT! contacts to keep calendars & contact information in sync
  • ADDITIONAL ACT! reports & new reporting viewer including an option to select favourite reports

  • NEW Create new ACT! contacts directly from new Outlook emails received.
  • IMPROVED search capability including options to edit & preview advanced searches and perform advanced keyword searches.
  • LINK company and contact fields so updates only need to be applied once.
  • NEW Notes and History preview panel for easier display of long entries.
  • SET user password rules including formats, valid time and re-use capability.
