- ACT! Premium is supplied with ACT! Premium for Web so mobile & remote users can share the same ACT! data in real time with office based users
- Web access works with Safari 3.0 enabling ACT! to be used on Mac computers
- ACT! users can be granted permissions to access ACT! data through a traditional Windows client installation and/or via a web browser for maximum flexibility

ACT! Premium 2010 supports from 1-100+ users providing extended scalability to support larger and fast growing teams as well as extra processing capacity to support larger contact databases. ACT! 2010 only supports a maximum of 10 users &/or approximately 30,000 contacts.

Enhancements can be made the standard ACT! Premium functionality with the following extras:

SA Password - The Systems Administrator Password is available on request enabling the ACT! database to be opened by when backing up data to third party applications

ACT! Reader - available upon request providing users with access to all ACT! table within the database for reporting purposes

OLEDB Provider - Object Linking & Embedding Database provides access to the data stored in the ACT! database
